For one thing, Butters came before Orel (who IIRC was more of a parody of those Davey and Goliath shorts, at least visually and theme). Though yeah, the similarities are there: -Nice and virtually innocent boys who are smarter than they appear. -Both had good futures while their parents didn't. Including Vic Chaos - Has a nasally sounding BF (Doughy and Dougie) -We're badly injured by people close to them who didn't take any responsibility for their actions. -Their fathers. More to say though Clay and Stephen do look similar. LOL

He is nearly every episode now. he has been in on multiple schemes (Like the startup company) he is also the one who starts the wieners out movement., like you my favorite characters are Kenny, Randy and Butters. (Side note on Kenny, I would love if we had episodes where he wasn't wearing his iconic hood muffling his voice. I mean, he has a face, why not use it from time to time? We only hear him "Speak" three or four times and it is one line, He does speak as Mysterion but that is not his regular voice, I would like a full episode where he is not wearing his iconic hood and a fully implemented character into the episode.

I think it makes sense that he is portrayed as a bully for a little bit. It could have been a short phase, which would be a result of being bullied himself. When a bully victim finds themselves in a situation where they aren't the weakest or lowest in the social hierarchy, it's not uncommon to treat them like you have been treated. There are many reasons for this, lashing out in frustration of how you've been treated in an attempt to feel better about yourself, or to try to climb out of the role as a bully victim, or it could be because that's what you think is the socially correct thing to do, because that's how you were treated yourself.
