first of all i want to say i hope you are feeling better. When we listen to music that soothes the "darker side" of our soul it makes us realise that there is a beauty within the darker aspects of nature that are not to be feared or hidden away. Through facing our shadow we often become wiser and stronger than those who choose to only live in the light. Depression if worked with from the right angle can be a doorway into the deeper aspects of the soul and it is a beautiful journey, much like this music xo

I'm not sure how I got here, definitely not disappointed, sounds amazing. Especially the piano and violin are beautiful. Almost reminds me of the Dark Souls soundtrack. Fantastic job with the composition and production, makes me almost feel like I'm listening to a dark fantasy RPG soundtrack.

Is dark souls a very good game? Is it similar to something like skyrim?
@artyomsidorvich44898 жыл бұрын
One of my favourite games. I wouldn't say it's similar to Skyrim in many aspects, the only similarities are they are both fantasy role playing games. It's kind of like if a nihilist demon from Japan took nightmare drugs and made a game where you kill crazy monsters with steel and magic. Very dark, gritty and crude atmosphere. It's almost probably one of the most difficult games I've played. It will genuinely make you break your controller at times, it's great.
@breeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.8 жыл бұрын
***** Haha, thank you for replying! Well, I'll definitely have to check it out, maybe also get a second controller just to be on the safe side...though I don't think I'm quite strong enough to break a controller, haha!

When you die 386 times in a row, you will become a violent rage, strong enough to break anything, even your sanity.
@breeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.8 жыл бұрын
***** Lol, when you put it that way, well, yeah, good point. Though I happen to like my sanity so testing it's limitations might not be the wisest on my part! :P But despite it, the game sounds tempting enough

I've heard a lot of "dark" music, so before I even clicked on this I was like "ye this will be just another nearly-same 'dark' music like any other" then I clicked.... and from the first second I kept that whole hour listetning with closed eyes, totaly stuned by the quality and realy just awesome dark atmosphere of this masterpiece. This is absolutely awesome, I shared it with few of my friest with the similiar taste for music and they all said pretty much the same. This is totaly amazing, thank you for making my day a little bit "darker" and mysterious with your music.

Back in the 90's I lived and worked in Hollywood California. I volunteered to help the Santa Monica Boys N Girls club put on a "Haunted House" for the kids one Halloween, as they didn't have the $ to do anything. I called a bunch of my Hollywood friends; actors and special effects folks who also happened to be into the whole "LA Goth & Vampire Club Scene" at that time. They had their own make up and costumes and even props! Wow. Were the kids at the Boys in Girls Club surprised THAT Halloween! They went from NOTHING to a full blown "Theatre De Vampir" - with a Narrator on stage, skeletons embedded in the theater walls, and acts like a "Dark Ballet" in which hungry young vampire maidens danced to gothic music ( and would once in a while grow hungry and stalk toward the audience, then the narrator would crack a bull-whip to keep them on stage and dancing.) THEN we had a surgeon perform on someone from the audience ( a plant ) behind a lighted sheet on stage, (screaming) as they pulling out various things humans don't really need until they took out the human soul. It all ended with a beautiful drama of the poor Prince Vlad who was terribly miss used by the nasty stupid people who he was trying to save from a cruel world with his nobel leadership - but he happily escaped from death buy crossing a river of blood and got his revenge…Then the theater ended. The cast gathered on stage, lights grew red, fangs grew, and the cast of vampires chased the screaming audience out another door, down steps, and through the base-meant maze ( complete with chained-up were wolfs ) and finally out the back door… oh my gosh! I'll NEVER forget how the kids, and their parents, and grand parents, all just loved it! That was an awesome Halloween I'll NEVER forget!

Honestly, I was pretty sceptical about clicking this considering the whole "dark music" label which I had assumed sounded quite...different, but it's now in my likes because it honestly reminds me of soundtrack music that would be used in epic scenes in both games and movies, especially music you could imagine while reading a book. Very mystical and soothing :) beautiful
