It’s so weird to think that last year, I wanted to be « cool as Chloe », and now I am just like her, with all her flaws and problems. In that short amount of time I have grown so much, and sometimes I wish I still was the kid I used to despise. This franchise is my favorite, I love Chloe and Max, they are helping me with all my struggles.

i love chloe, she's my comfort character. she helps me see the best, and sometimes worst in all people, including myself. i've discovered through the game how badly i was treating my family, and how avoidant i was, and still am. but most of all, she helped me embrace my own self and not step down for anything.

Love that first track, It really fits Chloe’s personality. Life is strange was what inspired me to learn guitar. José Gonzalez, alt J, LOCAL NATIVES (I really like that band), daughter. Everything about this game hits different when my older sister passed when I was 17 and she was 18. She passed in odd circumstances and it is still not known if it was a suicide or a murder. I've spent the last three years putting together puzzle pieces and investigating things myself since the police ruled it off as suicide and everyone else around me has moved on already. She reminds me of Rachel sooo much, even her looks and her personality and how I viewed her. Will I have to live the rest of my life not knowing her story? (sorry im in my feels and i have no one to talk to ab this. i miss her so much.)

Everything about this game hit me hard, from chloe dealing with the grief of losing her dad to Rachel finding out the truth about her mother. Life is strange has not always been a refuge for me but a way of dealing with my emotions from events in my past and the music from each game perfectly highlights that feeling. I'm starting to come to terms with all the things I've been through in my life and I can't say these games having been a big part of that because I'd be lying. Thank you for posting this. ❤️

I hate how with certain media like this, I feel this huge sense of presence, like I'm almost there, and it's so real and tangible. I hate it because this life of mine doesn't feel as real and tangible as these little scenes feel. Something about seeing Chloe chilling in her room like this, smoking, her fan going and her window open to the sunset, probably feeling nice fresh air, makes it feel like the life of this fictional character is so much more real and vivid and multifaceted than my life can ever be. This sense that my own life is so much less real than the lives and settings of fictional media is a recent phenomenon and idk if it's some sort of depersonalization going on, if it's related to my depression, or what. Maybe it's normal to feel like this the older you get? That life gets less real? Or maybe that's me trying to rationalize this away instead of trying to fix it (if I even can). No idea if anyone will even read this or this even makes sense to anyone else but there ya go.
