Used to fly with Northwest when I was young. Have few pictures lying around but I remember quite a bit. That thumbnail gave me a massive blast from the past. Even though we still have great airlines today, we had a much bigger selection of airlines, much cheaper fares, Boeing was top dog, and we had much cooler fleets than what we have today. A220s and A330Neos are cool, but nothing like having Saab 340s to 747s with DC-9s, Classic 737s, and even some 727s and DC-10s in the mix. I’ll always love aviation, but we will never get the amount of diversity of aircraft and airlines in our airports again. Just the way it is. Thanks for this awesome video JustPlanes! Miss these times greatly.
