Those EAL Jets are the sports cars of jets. Very pretty fleet, especially since they are multi-colored liveries like Air West and Braniff.

Either you got unlucky or the airline didn’t have a good cleaning protocol. Does that change what I said? It’s a charter airline, what do you expect? It looks pretty on the outside!

Finnair has a long history of using widebodies on the "leisure" routes, starting from DC-10. I've been on their A340 on HEL-LPA, next winter they'll use A350 on the same route.

Finnair had one MD-11 in all-economy configuration (400 pax), used for charter flights on Helsinki-Mediterranean/Canary Islands. They also have used DC-10 and A340 on these leisure routes, next winter they'll send A350 to Las Palmas.
