That Boeing 727-200 ADV from Ariana Afghan Airlines at the 39:09 mark was probably flying passengers plus secret cargo flights for the old Taliban regime that ruled Afghanistan from 1996 to 2001

You are correct. The A300 and A310 can actually do a no flaps takeoff. The A300 and A310 have enormous wings and they produce enough lift to take off with only the slats extended and no flaps in some cases.
