Nothing in Genshin is even close to Feudal Japan's culture and politics, no warlords and warring estates, no Samurai spirit, no true kimonos.. (with whom they took many liberties) to people around the world and promote people cultures' for free, and they need to create "values" that can benefit them most. What can western woke community change in Mihoyo when most of their revenues come from domestic profits?? @@haiinh5152let me tell you something. just because some parts culture in the game wasn't perfectly adapted from in-real life culture does not mean it's perfectly excusable to ignore the mishaps that is also happening? both can be true at the same time. they screwed up with Ororon representing Yoruba, but they nailed Nilou representing Persian. look how pale Tighnari is but everything about him except from the skin color respected the inspiration they used it from. you also get Yunjin, which is perfectly done, all things considered. a good consumer should be "aware" of what they're consuming. we praise when a product is doing its job right, and we criticize when it steps out of line. you trying to justify that this is just "business" and they're "maximizing profits" is not helping at all to make the game better. don't tell me that you belong to the bunch of people in the community that claims you dont mind a POC character, but since it's not marketable to the billion dollar company, you're going to side with the billion dollar company instead? i don't need to ask you again where your morals should stand on this. the people who are complaining just want one very simple thing: to put some diversity so the POC who understands that Swahili was used as an OFFICIAL IN-GAME LANGUAGE of the people of Natlan can see themselves play the game. hoyoverse will be ABSOLUTELY FINE, no matter what happens. heck, if a sane player like you don't see anything wrong with playing a PoC character, why would you need to worry about them putting more color diversity to a culturally diverse game? are you going to let a bunch of Chinese consumers step on your morals? the least you can do is to at least support the people who are advocating for the change. if they chose to not play, that's their decision. you dont even need to belittle them. with the player count this large, a boycott is already farfetched... but your decision to defend mihoyo and their "source of income" is your choice alone. that's your morals speaking about you.

I'm so happy they've been using vocals more and honestly it fits natlan quite well that the osts have a lot of vocals! also I love how lot of osts are quite fun and cheerful! it shows the humanity, the unity between the people, who continue to better themselves to protect their homeland, and despite the abyss causing trouble and problems, the people don't let that stop them from living their lives and having fun, and I think that's beautiful

My favorites: 1:15:38 this one is the type of music that you listen in a relaxing café. 10:11 wow, this one has a lot of feelings, the climax part feels like a crying pattern, i love it. 1:10:15 man, this piece is so wholesome and memorable, when you come to the cave and read that letter from that artist, it's quite sad. And this one is the song that Sapho (Local Legend) is touching in her instrument. 1:13:41 lol, i love this one because it gives me a lot of memories when i was going with my parents to eat in a restaurant and the salsa music was everywhere. 1:18:36 this one music, is special, it's a happy melody, with some tones of nostalgia. The bouncing and happy melody it's like "Mellow Alize" from Fontaine. Also, in the place that we meet our saurian, this ost still playing forever. 1:20:29 wow, this one is the same as the previous one, but. Its way more slow and sentimental, full of reverb, not so bouncy, it's like the nostalgia fills the entire piece. Sure that is one of my favorites Natlan's tracks. Also, that song has special meaning because it plays in that island, that island have lore value about the saurians and Ixbalanque, what a good world mission omg, i cant wait to play in the new map soon (5.1). Oh, in fact, this one sounds like "Lumidouce's Repouse" from Fontaine, it's the night counterpart of "Mellow Alize". It's way more emotive and chill, what a good music omg ❤ In this part (1:21:23) I almost cried, idk, that was so good that I almost drop some tears 🥲 A fact: the song 49 it's like living in the present, and the 50 feels like remember the past. What a good melody 😭 3:19 wow... This one is amazing, it's like a anime ost, that fits Genshin's atmosphere. The amount of feeling is amazing in this one, those melodies are powerful and heartwarming. The voices in the climax are top god, but sadly... This piece it's too short. When i hear that song for the first time, immediately i tried to search it using Shazam, it's a waste that Natlan's music didn't come out yet. There's some ost that i like too, like the 3 Battle themes, Children Of Echoes OST, some People Of The Springs songs. But those with the time stamp are the best for me.
