hey guys! Here is a one hour transformation because I actually have been struggling with my mental health ALOT more then I actually talked about in the video. I felt like i hadn't fixed my self up in a bit, and one thing that makes me feel better is walks. I filmed myself getting ready because I was a mess lol.

Hey guys! So I have been struggling with a lot more than what I actually talked about. Today I decided to film me sort of getting myself together again to go out of the house and see people lol. Do you any of you see someone, which of the both do you recommend more? 💕

I go to therapy every other week. It’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. It can be intimidating but I soon realized how incredibly freeing it is to sit and discuss your mind and thoughts with a complete stranger who is also there as a support system. You can see a Psychologist or therapist who can recommend a Psychiatrist if you both think it’s best for you to go on medication to help. Wishing you the best! ❤️

You mentioned a psychologist and a psychiatrist as your two options and I’m not sure if that’s all that’s available but I’d recommend a counselor or therapist (depending on which title is used for the job but both are generally master’s level clinicians) if you have any in your area. Psychiatrists and psychologists are very good and highly-trained options but I usually recommend people start with therapists/counselors and then get recommendations for psychiatrists/psychologists if y’all therapies don’t work. If those are the only two options you have, I’d go with the psychologist unless you also want to consider medication (in which case go to the psychiatrist).

I have CPTSD and have being going to therapy for a while. I was on and off but once I really commited to it I think it actually did help me understand my problem and how to get myself together. But just so you no sometimes it'll get worse because it gets better ( sorry). It's not a quick fix situation, at least it isn't for me but obviously everyone is different. But talking to someone especially an expert is very important. Also meditation! Especially before you go to bed. It really does help. Because you're anxious all the time it releases stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. These cause the physical symptoms of anxiety, such as an increased heart rate and increased sweating. Sleep deprivation makes your mood worse. Sounds silly but keeping well hydrated and eating lots of greens. Having a healthy immune system is important to combat depression. And exercise, gym, walk, anything that will release endorphins. I don't know what you're going through but I hope these little tips helped. Let me know if you have any questions. ❤️❤️

Hello! You are so STUNNING wow!!! This is the first video I watched of yours and I can relate. I have lots of physical health issues that required emergency neurosurgery on my spine last year and may be requiring surgery again. I have OCD because of the stress of my physical health. No not the trendy type. The type where I spent an hour before bed making sure my curtain is pulled properly, the iron, I never used is off, checking that my phone is charging, that I turned off the light switch properly... I have gotten treatment and my OCD is getting better. I can’t really be active because of my physical health. Even though I get really upset sometimes I have to remember that in everything, I have a loving family/friends, clothes on my back, food, shelter, a good living. Ik this sounds cliche but it’s so easy to criticize and be overwhelmed by aspects of life. The problem is we all get wrapped up in the little things and forget how much we take for granted. This mindset really helps me because I realize that even though I’m suffering it could always be so much worse. Whenever I’m feeling down I listen to music or go outside if possible. Also, dance is such a spirit lifter so when I can dance I do. I’m keeping you in my prayers. ♥️

Mamita you are gorgeous and beautiful! I pray that you get better with mental health. I’m in the same shoes and I don’t sleep but I know it will get better for me .. with meditation and working out and being grateful helps me be powerful 😘

Thankyou!! Yeahh it can be hard. I feel like sometimes ill do something that works and then all of that is cancelled because it all comes back harder. But im pushing through it . I also hope you get better!

@@Mairaly I started listening to asmr a few years ago tht started helping the anxiety part a bit...ive seen someone it didnt help at all for me honestly...I just try to keep busy even tho im unmotivated to do anything

yea thats true not everything works for everyone cause our brains are different. But keeping busy definitely helps I had my hands pretty busy 2 weeks ago with my family visiting and i didn't have an attack the whole time cause there was soo much to do. Being motivates when your energy bar is LOW is hard but its must I agree.

Hey beautiful, I am a counseling student about to graduate. I completely understand what you're talking about, I have experienced it myself. I would recommend you to see a psychologist or a counselor/therapist. Mental health issues are normal, we all go through it but speaking with a professional will definitely help you pinpoint your triggers, what's happening in your life and what strategies you can put in place t overcome it. I 100% believe that you will overcome this. Sometimes, our hormones can be imbalanced and medications can definitely help level it out so definitely speak to a professional about it. I am so glad to see you trying out strategies to feel better even if it is temporary. You should be proud of yourself for being brave enough to be open about your mental health struggles. My best friend just went through some mental health issues of his own these past months, and it was perhaps the hardest thing he ever went through. Lack of sleeping made it even worse. He is back and running now, though. Day by day. As a friend I think the best one can do is to just be there. Be present. Best wishes girl! This community is right here by your side ❤❤❤

I love you 💕 ! And I struggle with the same thing. I have my state board exam in a week and I just can’t bring myself to study anymore I just feel drained and exhausted and guilty not wanting to study but I just can’t bring myself to do it. Ive isolated myself saying that I’m concentrating for my exam but it’s really because I can’t stand to be around people for very long.

some times you dnt want to seem antisocial but its literally the fact that your brain cant function or you cant be around people in that moment cause you are soo in your head. The brain is soo powerful. But I really hope you pull through it. You got this. And i hope you do well in your exams. Take breaks catch some air and try and divide everything so you dnt pile all of it at the same time! ❤️ sending you a big hug. And thankyou booo 😘

Can't even believe she posts this 2 days after I've been feeling the same way😳 jeez, this up & down depressing ass feelings are the worst, but at the end of it all its always good to be greatful for our husbands, boyfriends , girlfriends , parents & anyone who genuinely cares about us because it so easy to become suicidal in the process of mental breakdowns or just struggling with our mental health period,..sighs😒

This is so relatable, thank you for sharing your struggles with anxiety! I hope you’ve been feeling better. I recommend CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) - I saw a psychologist for this and it really helped me deal with my anxiety! I personally would recommend a psychologist (does talk therapy) instead of a psychiatrist (doctor who prescribes medication) but I hope you see the right person for you.

Anxiety is something that once you have it, it doesn't go away but it's totally manageable. I would seek help and get yourself on anti-anxiety medication. Yoga and meditation help a lot too. Good luck and thanks for sharing. It's very brave of you to talk about this in such a widespread forum. I dnt know why the medication part always seems to scare me, but yea ive recently met people going through it with the same intensity and theres good days and bad they seem to be better but they also says there are those days where it really hits them. It kind of hard to BEAT your self cause only you know your weaknesses but yess thankyou so much! un abrazo!

could be that the keyword anxiety is being recommended for some reason but alot of people go through it, i can speak for myself, after 3 years I am putting my fear aside and trying it out.

I know you don’t feel cute, but you look adorable. Take some time for yourself and definitely see a therapist or a counselor. I had anxiety issues for a while and it definitely helped. I hope you feel perkier and the anxiety subsides soon. 😌

I’ve been in a rut as well for the past month🙏🏽 I know how it feels not to feel like yourself and feel like a failure. If you’ve heard of Ayurveda doshas I recommend finding out which one are you. Pitta Vata or Kapha, they help you get a sense of your body and mind and how to help your certain body type stay in balance. I hope you find someone to talk to and feel better💕♥️

May I suggest you to try cardiac coherence which is known for relieving stress, take magnesium supplements and wear an healing crystal like amethyst (I know it sounds crazy but give it a try it costs you nothing). Of course, results don't come overnight. Love from France :-)

sounds like Depression. I take medsror depression. It can be overwhelming and I do tend to avoid people because I am an introvert. Ironically, I am also a social worker. With our God and my medication, I could not work. Sometimes I think so much about what I have to do that I get tired and decide I don't want to do it because I have mentally gone through the task of the day and now mentally tired. I hope you do get professional help and it is ver brave for you to admit that you struggle with mental illness and want help.

Hope you find someone who can help you out, sis!! Also, just FYI, in case you didn't know: Psychiatrists are able to prescribe medications and psychologists cannot, in case that affects your decision on who you might want to go see.

its several things anxiety is one of them, i hesitate mentioning alot of what I am feeling because I want to talk to someone and get an official verdict dnt want to self diagnose, ALSo theres the not wanting to sound crazy part, but alot of emotional rollercoasters out of body experiences and list goes on. ive done alot of research online looking up what i am going through and theres numerous things soo you are better off talking to a professional.
