I've been deeply involved in both for over a decade each as a player and both require tactics, athleticism, scoring, and rules. People consider NASCAR a sport and it requires no athleticism, but it's still a structured event with winners and losers just like Disc Golf

I actually like disc golf (I play disc golf valley everyday on my iPad haha) but you can’t compare the two, if the amount of people that played soccer or any of the other major sports the talent would increase dramatically but as is they are very good and it’s entertaining but I don’t think anything that your not actively being defended against as a sport. It’s kind of a dumb thing to argue about haha but I’d say golf,darts, etc are more activities that you can definitely get paid well if your good enough.

It's insane. I'm in my 20s and play for fun and did like 15 local tournaments last year on weekends and won over $2,000. There's events happening both professionally and amateurly all the time everywhere

the Giannis dunk had some absolutely beautiful context to it, but even then it's not 1 in a billion lol. just a very pretty looking, risky ass play which sealed the deal of a Finals Game 5. The Bucks then led the series 3-2 after starting 0-2, a lot of people think this game was Phoenix's last chance to come back into the series. next game Bucks win championship at home for the first time since 1971. very hard fought season from an unlikely team, Giannis got injured late in the playoffs and seemed to heal at superhuman speed. came back so quick and played better than ever
