Spellwake can be dodged by simply moving. Chain lightning is guaranteed true damage on a champ like hwei who can do a lot of confirms. Also it hits their buddy so tank + dps combos will cry.

There is an arcade in Starcraft 2 called Aeon of Storms. Hwei is heavily inspired by a Hero called MAAR that uses the same principal of skills. The reason why I personally put Cursor Size at a 100 is because I started having an issue after a couple of years of playing this game where I could just not see the cursor in most teamfights. I'd just be going "Where the FUCK is my cursor??". So I just decided "fuck it", and put it to max. So I no longer really have that issue, except in very few, extreme cases.
