Very unique design. A very good sense of color palette selection and design aesthetic. I am personally finding it difficult to like the "grey structure" elevation design but it may grow on you over time 🤷🏽‍♂️ Thank God for keeping all wardrobes outside the washrooms 😂 Also for ensuring all washrooms have shower cabins. The use of glass and skylights is well done. Overall kudos to the architects and designer of this house. Still wondering if the gray structure exterior could be improved with tile. However i am just imagining the architect and owner struggling with that decision point since it could look worse if you start tiling the exterior 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ One critique: placing at least one Jacuzzi tub in a house this big would make sense. To think that you or your family could never take a bath in your own home no matter how nice it is, feels weird. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Beautiful home. The ugliest part was blocking the open kitchen and living area view by that ugly Media wall. If you remove that you have a bigger and wider view.

Does it have double glazed glass or single pane?? Double glazed would help tremendously with the internal climate control.

Although design is owsum... but it will be very difficult in summer to attain a good cooling level unless a central HVAC system is designed...which will ultimately affect power consumption...

Beautiful house but cantilevered design...too many steps staircases and mezzanine unsuitable for seniors/aged members. OK for kids if safe. Scandinavean concept is nice but alas! such weather is not available in Pakistan. So big faux pas! Enjoy house in winter. In summer cooling will depend on solars and curtains/blinds/blackouts required. Danyal pls show SQ as many overlook it and it is always the most miserable condition.

All spaces are heat and cool maintained and can adjusted to local climate . It's not difficult use Scandinavian style with local requirement . All the double heighted spaces are in circulation spaces which doesn't need heat and cool...so little innovation can provide solutions.

I would say after seeing this video . This is a contemporary modern design rather than Scandinavian. That is a total open plan without speciation of space and dinning comes in align to kitchen which it doesn't . So it contemporay architecture .

Tbf, I'm from Lahore, but I think Lahore's homes have no creativity. You can predict any 1 Kanal house before you have opened it's door. However, houses in Islamabad have creative layouts.

Lahore was better, but now ISB is catching up. I live in DHA phase 2, and have seen houses here better than LHR.

@@SamSam77771 my relative live in dha Islamabad tbh there are only few houses which are made good otherwise nothing there in dha Lahore the standard is next level proper commercial areas here specially the dha fairways commercial in dha phase 6.islamabads only good thing is the hills and greenery which is being ruined by real estate developers

@@salmanillustrator5540 true. I lived in DHA LHR for 18 years and 8 years now in DHA Isloo. No comparison to former. Here it is serene and tranquil, DHA LHR is too congested and overcrowded unlike before. DHA LHR started before and way ahead in architecture and construction.
