Jbh...the videographer is doing a great job. He tries his best to show and define each and every corner of the house beautifully. Believe me its not easy for everyone to memorise all minor details of something and further explain it. Some people shake the camera too much, but he is stable and tries to move slow and smooth for our comfort...great efforts bro... House is dope though 😍

The positive things about this house are the current smart-home features and high ceilings and that's it. Firstly, nowadays most lively family "homes" have an open-floor layout although the interior glass walls help give it the open look - but in reality it is NOT. Next, typically Pakistani's love their food which is cooked on high fire but this kitchen has minimum exhaust (so be ready for the odor to remain and greasy walls over time), with no island and overall considerably smaller than my humble condo kitchen in Tokyo/Japan. The use of extensive wall paper (although adorable) is so very 70's and makes it look "cheap" that modern homes in Japan and USA have not used for decades. The many BR's do not even have closets - which means the need for ugly armoires&dressers, that take up considerable space rendering the rooms to be much smaller once furnished. In this day and age most new homes have walk-in-closets w/ organized built in storage - or did I miss this in the language? Lastly, in the 80's and 90's people would dream of having family theaters in their home basement - but nowadays with all the streaming services typically most members of the family watch their own thing - so a total waste; instead space could have been well used for a home gym, dance studio, or music. After seeing past the high ceilings and glass walls this house seems to be a mash-up of magazine ideas with no "soul" that would unlikely make it a "home" for a typical family and would most likely remain to be a "house" with high ceilings and tempered glass walls. I just did the currency conversion and looked at some comps for this DHA area and the house is way over-priced and considering the misses maybe even by a x2 factor! Its better for someone "earning" their money to buy land in their desired area and build their own dream house - unless money, time and glitter is no obstacle - then go for it, its a "steal"!

Your concern is adequate for your region only, despite your taste you need to ponder over the factor of earning as well for the investor. Elegance and beauty is well served. Comparing the construction layouts and interior designs with foreign societies is totally irrational. This is Pakistan where every step of construction is full of bribes,frauds and thugs. The one who fights all these odds truely deserves the golden spoon too. So, don't scramble your brain with the concern of over pricing, just sit down and keep your rusty pothetic ideas with you , and plz dont litter the comment section with your comments.

Too much cosmetic work and less practical construction 🏗️ there is no need of cinema room as already have three TV lounges could easily make two or three bedrooms in basement No laundry area and the most important No servent quarter. Please whoever the architect are tell them to make practical houses 🏠 🏘️ with at least one or two servent quarter such a big house also needs maintenance and cleaning.

@@gahmed1939 I bought 9 crore in Johar Town for 2 kanal. 14 crore I bought 2 kanal in DHA phase 4. The phase 4 was brand new top imported finishes. The Johar Town was slightly used and I renovated in 70 lakhs. I also bought two 1 kanal in DHA phase 6 and 9 for 3.5 crore and 2 crore each but a bit away from main road/not best location but still good.
