Thank you very much for sharing this authentic recipe, which is on the verge of being forgotten. and which I had been trying to find for a long time. I am 65 now.My mother had learnt it from our Kannada cook and used to make it when we were kids .As we grew in height and width, she stopped making it and over the years forgot it but only remembered that a lot of ghee went into it. I will definitely make it atleast once and hope my children and grandchildren will enjoy it just as much as we used to.❤❤❤

Madam, Jab aapne tray men mixture daala tha na tabhi ek corner par thoda cut karke space bana lete hain, thoda tirchha rakhne se excess ghee nikal aata hai, thanda hone ke baad fir vahin absorb ho jata hai. Main bhi banati hun, mera ratio 1:2:4 besan, sugar aur melted ghee. 🙏🙏
