Making the Nasta in Kadai
• Oil 2 Tsp
• Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
• Mustard Seeds 1Tsp
• Sesame Seeds 1 Tsp
• Curry Leaves as needed
To Saute The Appe Pan Nasta
• Oil 2 Tsp
• Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
• Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp
• Curry Leaves as needed
• Asafoetida Powder (Hing) ½ Tsp
• Sesame Seeds 1 Tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Pav Bhaji Masala 1 Tsp
• Coriander Leaves 1-2 Tbsp, chopped
• Green Chilli 2-3 Pcs, slit
• Lemon Juice 1-2 Tsp
To Make Chilli Garlic Chutney
• 3-4 Pcs Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli
• Garlic Cloves 15-18 Pcs
• Ginger 1-2 Tsp, chopped
• Cumin Powder 1 Tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Lemon juice ½ tsp
• Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
