5-6 green chillies paste

6-7 green cardamom

1/4 nutmeg

I hv made one small variation in this recipe. Rice cooked till almost done. Mutton pieces alone added in layering. Gravy not added instead added some more water in the gravy and then strained it to use the same as a gravy served with biryani. Topped the biryani with some deshi ghee while putting on dum. Thanks Lubnaji. It was simply awesome.
