About the judges, you have to remember that this is Forestella before they were Forestella. They worked incredibly hard to be as good as they are today, but they didn't start out that way and they didn't do it alone. At this time Kang had absolutely no formal training in singing and Ko Woorim was still a college student studying opera. I think the constructive criticism helped them to grow since it was coming from these judges who are well respected producers and conductors in the industry and want to help them improve. Like when she told Mingyu their harmonies could be better and now Forestella is known for their extremely tight and perfect harmonies. It's all part of growth! There are 3 episodes of the Forestory series, where it follows them throughout their journey on Phantom Singer 2. I hope you can react to the other two episodes as well because it shows how they become one team!

The 'picky' judge is actually a highly acclaimed conductor and director of top opera/musicals in Korea, she is tough on everyone ! I think there are more parts to this you can watch and see how they get to the end.

All enter the competition as soloists. Those that make it to the next phase must form a duo. That's where we saw Cho team up with Ko. The third phase requires a trio, and that's where Bae join Cho and Ko. The final phase of 12 singers must form three groups of four, and that's when Kang finally joins the others.

Kang is his last name. It sounds a bit odd to call him that, it's be more usual to call him Hyung Ho or use his full name.

Julian Kim, quien hace duo con Bae Doo-hoon, es o era considerado el mejor barítono de Corea del Sur, ya que estudió en el Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi de Italia y participó en las obras más importantes en ambos países. Bae Doo-hoon además de barítono es actor de teatro musical, lo que a mi parecer, le da el plus para interpretar los versos más emotivos de una canción. Kim y Bae perdieron ante el dúo de Cho Mingyu y Ko Woorim (rescatado de la eliminación por Mingyu, quien ya conocía su voz baja y profunda cuando estudiaban en la misma universidad). La voz de Bae es tan versátil y conmovedora, que Mingyu le comentó a Woorim que para formar un trío necesitaban esa voz hermosa para no encasillarse en lo clásico y operístico y abrirse a nuevos géneros. Fue una elección brillante. Y luego llegó Pitta. Son maravillosos! Mi favorito es Bae Doo hoon, por su voz aterciopelada, potente, alta, baja, versátil para el clásico, el pop, el r&b. Es un excelente baladista. En la gira por EEUU fue ovacionado por su interpretación de Gethsemane de Jesucristo Superstar. Hay fan cam, y aunque no sean de la mejor calidad, vale la pena verlo y escucharlo. Es el rol se sus sueños. Soy soopbyeol de Argentina! Y también quiero a Mingyu porque le gusta el tango!! Me encantaría que canten una canción de Soda Stereo o de Gustavo Cerati. Saludos!
