If it is hard for you to dream a own house what about those earning 15000 or say less than 25000 rupees? Don't call yourself a middleclass. @@legendrams548all that is fine. We are also humans. We have been paying tax for more than 22 years. We were primarily the principal tax payers in this country until 10 years ago. Hence our effort must be appreciated. Did we raise anything when freebies were given? Our take is uplift those earning that paltry amount through free quality education, free food and a decent accommodation. Nothing else must be given as freebies.

If you are earning 50000/month in a metro city, you are not even middle class, you are lower middle class. A middle class family will have some savings and some assets. Tax is levied on fuel by both central and state govt. In fact tax levied by state government is higher than that of central. Will you dare to ask state govt to reduce tax on fuel. Sir please don't argue just for the sake of argument. This is nonsense, lets take a counter argument, people who are earning 1 lakh a month are the ones who"ll be buying cars, houses and also spend clothes from higher end markets which will in turn boost sales and will increase wages to the lower end employees and the cycle will continue. So putting money in the pockets higher middle class is a very valid decision and respawn the consumption cycle.
