I was just listening to your Locke lecture number four yesterday with Huw Price's commentary. It is great to be able to understand you, even if I do so with my own less-analytic vocabulary, and what you keep pointing out says for me that the act of reading is both philosophy's central aesthetic achievement as well as its difficulty, both on account of the splendor of such a vast enterprise. I now am beginning this series with the hope that it brings forth even more splendor as ever. I feel certain that it will. Thanks for all you do, Bob.
