Ok, to explain the Kayn ignite: it's something you do on blue kayn. Go in at lvl 1, ignite a ranged champ. It gives a bit of gold from the rune but the real reason is that it gives around 1/10th of your transformation. Now, you might think it's not worth a summoner spell, but if you took Cosmic Insight, Ignite is gonna be back up at around 3:15, which is right when you finished your first clear and are ready to gank, so there's no real loss
