Defenders with aggressive build might do the trick for masters. Something like stacking trevenent or slowbro. Just stack as quick as possible to out damage opponents.

This challenge is very easy if you have a good defender or support as second player (like mime etc). Stuns and CC are of great importance so maybe a backline mage and brawler
