Simon, TIP-For your Microphone Filters and orientation when you're about to make a video, you have to choose the filter and orientation that give you higher sound points, this can be seen in the purple box next to the selection of your filters and orientation. For example, for a Vlog the best filter to use is Omnidirectional because it allows you to pick up sound in a 360 degree direction. Whilst making games, mono directional is best to use because it only picks up the sound from one direction. You get more sound points based on your filter and orientation when doing a particular video. Hope this helps.
