Dear friend, your hairstyle looks absolutely gorgeous on you. You have beautiful, healthy rich hair, perfect in style and structure. Most girls/ladies prefer long hair, too, if they can keep it like this without any excessive effort. My question to you: what advice would you give to slightly older people? I agree, ladies in late 30s and 40s are still very young and should look their cutest! Fact. ( You are only as old/young as you feel, they say. ) But my question is about the hair-structure. Some people have a change in hair-structure as they mature. ( I personally had lovely plates, ponytails etc all my childhood and teenage years, and I absolutely enjoyed it. My hair was healthy and very grew well then.) As I am in mid-30s now, I struggle to keep my hair long. It is my favourite style, true. Yet, hair-structure has changed a bit, and is not as thick and rich as it was some 10-15 years ago. I am not on any strict diet, so I have a good nutrition. I really desire to keep my beauty from within always. That is how most people trim their hair once it becomes very hard to maintain its length in a healthy, attractive way. Moreover, my partner loves long hair; yet, it is so hard to keep it long to the waistline these days. I know, short hair-style does not mean that hair will be healthier. I simply wonder: is it wise to keep hair very long now, even though it is a huge effort to look after it/to grow it/to style now? I have long hair now, but with a bit brittle texture, regardless of conditioning and all other beauty products I use to look after it. I admire your beauty: it must be a gift from above!
