Before this, I could not even begin to start my MiG-21. Thanks to this video, I can now drain the battery of the MiG-21 while flicking random switches, making sure that it will never come into harm's way.

Fun Fact: The Mig 21 was designed to be started up in under 60 seconds and pilots had to be able to do this to fly the plane.

Fun fact, you can make real mig rolling under 30 seconds from cold, it takes some time to just spool engine to get rolling. Rest you flip either the taxing or up in the air.

I'm pretty sure you missed a switch that enables ground steering, I don't know I could be a schizo but I remember having to look it up after not being able to taxi.

The mig-21 has a free front wheel, it doesn't steer, you have to use the brakes to do so. Also you have only one brake lever, you control the differential braking with the rudder controls. There's a big white switch over the ADI that enables the front wheel brake, it should be switched off while taxing (up position) and on when taking off and landing (right position).

I think... you should flip the Fire Extinguisher Switch on and remove cap on its near by button prior to starting pumps... in case the old fart explodes Also... Turning on the Generators before starting the engine just put a bit of strain on the old bitch :D And worth mentioning is you should not touch emergency Gyro (things would not start if you do) unless emergency. And... if you want it to be more quiet and you don't plan to use navigation you can skip turning on ARC and RSBN (or turn their volumes down)

standalone always, but if you want you can add it into non steam game library and play with steam friends
