Basically, the machines are designed to be confusing so that managers just call the repair men, which gives the manufacturing company guaranteed revenue in the form of service/maintenance fees. I made this and it tasted really good! Bit there’s a major problem for me, when I try to blend it it just turns into a milkshake! It’s really hot so that’s why, I would whip the cream up and put it in a tub if it’s hot in your area, and I would totally recommend adding vanilla, it makes it so much better!

I tried this and it worked. Instead of cow milk i used rice milk and it was delicious. I also added some salted caramel syrup.

This works without sugar as well! You have to make your own diabetic condensed milk, I recommend the powdered milk method, but it works. I added sugarless chocolate, chopped, for straciatella. It is amazing. You don't have to pipe it, since it defrosts in a second, so I recommend just scooping.
