Hey doc I lost sleep for past 3 days i use to sleep well but my routine was bad, and i checked the doctor he said i have trapiezus maglia pain and little anxiety I'll try this now! pls pray for me to get sleep and I'll pray for all of us amen

I have been struggling to sleep all week, and last night had news that was worrings and told I would get a call tomorrow to discuss. You would think that would make things worse, but I did this technique and I fell to sleep much quicker than usual and when I woke up I expected it to be somewhere between 2am to 4am like usual, but it wasn't. I had slept the whole night without waking up early. It was 5:45am, just 15 minutes before my alarm goes off to wake me up. I was so amazed. Praise God and thank you Doc

All my life, even as a child to me, sleeping with a torture! I couldn't fall asleep because my parents were always fighting and screaming! later I lived in an apartment, where it was Noise 30 years! The people were horrible. The noise was driving me crazy.! I think you did something to my brain! All that torture! Even now I have a lot of anxiety! And I'm trying not to take medication! I hope I can do this! I don't understand the one in the back of her neck! how is done I need all the help I can get! Thank you❤🙏

Thank you dr cherry. I had a leg op and a back in a span of 3 years due to the pain I have to take sleeping tablets to fall asleep I am surely going to try your instructions. My husband also has a problem to fall asleep I will surely show him this. ❤❤

Thank you very much. I am awake at 1am bc I can't sleep. Tried these techniques and it worked. Admittedly, I ate a large meal in the evening b4 bed for the first time. It affected my sleep.

My problem is not falling asleep, but staying asleep. I sleep for 90 mins or so and then wake up. If I manage to get four hours total sleep at night, I consider myself lucky. So frustrating.😢

I just tried this technique last night and it really worked!. I usually cant sleep after drinking soda. Just a half glass and I would be tossing and turning in my sleep, feeling restless and sluggish the following day. But man this tip is awesome!. Thank you Doc. Is it possible to cure hyperthyroidism through this method, and are there pressure points on how to gain weight because hyper patients are usually skinny. Love to hear from you on this one. Thanks again.

Thank you Doc for these helpful sleep tips. I really do hope maka help ito for me. I tried everything like taking magnesium, prebiotic for night and other sleep aid tabs but nothing works that keeps me asleep all night. I used to sleep very well until a year ago I had bad anxiety, maybe perimenopausal... I certainly will try and feedback later. Thank you again and God bless.....

Thanks, doc! This very timely because i have been having sleeping difficulty lately and i was tempted to take the sleeping pills my doctor prescribed which i delayed my intake ( i was trying to improve my sleeping habit naturally). I will surely try this technique and share this video to others 😊❤️
