I started with less than an inch of hair and haven’t covered my hair since. Take the wigs off. I bet your natural hair looks so much prettier!

Btw, thanks for sharing your video with this size! Your hair is dope! When I had braidlocs (4-5 inches of hair) my hair has major shrinkage, so it looked like I had an inch of hair when I got them wet. My hair is coily/curly so it looked like I had a twa. I have fine hair too!

Your micro locs look beautiful! I think it’s fine to wear them out in the starting stage.Not to mention your hair looks healthy too! I’m about to hit 2 months and it’s really frizzy but I still wear it to work and wherever else 😊 it’s ultimately your decision 🤷🏾‍♀️

Cree Finley I love the 2 point rotation, 32 months micro loc’d and I’ve been doing this rotation for at least half of the time. It’s easier for me and it does make my locs look thicker. Congrats on your journey ladies.

At any stage. But do what makes you feel comfortable. When I dont want to touch my hair at all, I throw on a head wrap. But ya microlocs are nice.

I started with 2 strand twists about 2 months ago. It was kind of shocking, at first because I seriously looked like a chicken head. 1 day I misted my hair with water and I tosslesnit around quite a bit. As it started to dry it fluffed up and I felt more comfortable with the way it looked. It's been up hill ever since.

Everyone has to make their own decision about when they are comfortable with wearing their starter locs ... my first journey I covered my hair with a wig or scarf for the first six months... I’m two weeks into starting my new loc journey and what ever make me happy.. to cover or not... I’ll do until I’m ready to reveal them❤️

I just finished completing my Microlocs. I have 4c hair. I also used the two-point rotation, entire process took me 24 hrs. I used the London Loc tool. I just uploaded my video.
