1 month in to full-time, travelling trucklife... how are we getting on, and just what is Bebe's MPG?

Just to put it in perspective, my 4Runner does 20mpg. 10-11 is normal for a loaded truck. The HX won’t be as efficient as the very latest trucks but even then you’ll only get a few mpg’s but a much bigger hole in the wallet. Great to see your adventures. That’s a pretty open question! First things that spring to mind - make the shower space as big as you can allow and it’ll help save water. Unless you’re using standard kitchen cabinets, don’t be constrained by “standard” worktop height. If you’re tall then a higher worktop gives more storage below and a more comfortable space to prepare food. If you’ve got specific questions, fire away!
