First, I’m very happy for you and your English is perfectly fine. I can understand it just fine. Second, I’m about to get my SRS penile inversion technique like yours, but I live all the way in America, we have many good doctors here but way too expensive and my insurance not covered. I’m still debating between here and Thailand, not sure how much you paid at Kamol and how good was your experience there? I have consulted with my local dr here yesterday and it’s expensive so I’m thinking about save $ to go to Thailand get it done at Dr Preecha at PAI clinic. Any advice from you may help me to complete my final journey and thank you in advance👍

You will be prone to UTI from now on so maintain above average hygiene and keep it dry….if possible use patch instead of oral estrogen…avoid smoking…. once a little bit healed increase the girth of dilator…you will be more emotional, watch out for depression, less energy and drive….good luck be safe and enjoy…
