ItzBlake knows this, but I'm posting this comment for viewers regarding what he said at 2:36 because I think a few players watching may misunderstand it. There is merit in equipping a chestplate during the ascension before a mace hit - If you are going at a tough angle, it can be effective for the purpose of shifting your perspective to view your target without redirectioning your momentum. Doing it can slow you down though, and since a lot of players are always on guard to dodge a mace hit, you will need to consider efficiency and decide whether or not it's worth it to trade off that extra perspective for the extra time it might take you to deliver the hit. hopefully that helps anyone who was wondering. see ya later alligators! 🐊

The best advice I can give you is : take a break ! I'm not kidding I was a Hypixel bridge TRYHARD back in 2023 playing like 2h/d every day and my goal was a 100winstreak. One day I got bored and played a lot of 1.9 sword pvp for about 3month. Then I cameback to bridge and got 190winstreak in 1month and 1 week because I was stuck in bad habits before.
