It's actually not quite as clean as I'd have it for just pure game play but that's because I raid lead a lot and need a bit more information on screen than is necessary just for gameplay. If you want the profile though the elvui profile / plater profile / and some of the Weak Auras are linked in the video description. That will get you 95% of the way to the same UI.

Hah thank you! I spend hours making some of these songs line up so the drops in the songs would line up at particular times. Probably took me 2 hours to find the right songs to fit so the drop at Sapphiron spawn would line up.

Thank you very much! The plan is to keep going and to basically set a near unbreakable time. We're still theory crafting some stuff in naxx but honestly nearly all the tech you can do in naxx is pretty much already solved. I have some ideas still about what we could do but most things are minor... though there might be one big thing left that nobody ever did. ;) Btw, guild policy is to not stream or release vods with voice comms since some people prefer not to have their voice public. I guess it's also in case anyone decides to use some 'gamer language' and gets someone's stream banned but tbh fsp raid environment isn't like that. It's mostly Tragor calling us all dogs and "woof woof" when somebody does something stupid. xD

There's a few other povs on this. I considered making a split pov but we had others in the guild planning to do that so I left it out. In retrospect it could have been good to do a few splits in a few places. But video is done now so oh well. ;)

Awesome music choice. I have a question, aside from random RNG and different tactics, is there room for improvement? Like only in terms of gear and class composition. Or are all members wearing the best possible items for every slot? I just want to know if it’s possible to improve the time, but only when it comes to gear and class comp.

The overall raid gear was very good. A lot of us geared in GDKPs to catch up fast, but there was still a lot of missing gear so the raid DPS could have been even higher. Saying that though five sunders please' raid dps has been the highest ever in classic wow. Class composition is probably as optimal as it could be. Maybe there's a discussion to be had about taking an extra warrior vs the 2nd Warlock, but honestly our mage team was insanely good and made very good use of the COE.

The addon saying execute is Mik's Scrolling Battle Text (MSBT). The glowing stancebar is just a weakaura i made that fits on top of the stance bar.

He's the ignite holder and the mages are keeping a large ignite up the whole fight so his DPS pumps.

Joder, cuanto se puede aprender de esto, parece mentira que en 42 min logren completar algo que en 2006 se tryhardeaba durante 7 horas... Sin exagerar. Por eso en los videojuegos nunca debes usar el personaje que más te gusta, siempre tienes que usar el que está más roto, que en este caso es: el guerrero fury/prot (de hecho, la mitad de la banda está pintada de marrón).

Pretty bad KT rng on the whole. If we had avoided the deaths at Sapph and had optimal KT rng we could save around 40 seconds. There's still a lot of optimizations which could push it even more.

In general on alliance you want to go like this on trash: sixtyupgrades.com/era/set/i731FsX8HuPmZhHP1TVtTo Obviously trinkets vary and the usage varies depending on the speed of the run you're in. On bosses this arguably the best for overall boss damage in a raid: sixtyupgrades.com/era/set/6ssLXLc9Y2jaFwR544vfiS Prioritising crit and going with haste head and leg enchants. This will probably average out the best. However if you want to go for pure highest potential boss parse gear then you start maximising attack power over crit. The underlying assumption being that a top boss parse requires god rng anyway, so you kind of assume the crits happen, but you want them to hit as hard as possible so you pump attack power. Going for a moderate build on this you would use something like this: sixtyupgrades.com/era/set/kuxCWG7E8EmWuFwB7dBKkr For a fight where you have high uptime on reck (15s vael / 15-20s Sapph Polarity) or Loatheb where you have an early spore and effectively 100% crit throughout the fight you can use a set like this: sixtyupgrades.com/era/set/eyvEPjaxCDcpqiwYfQkD49 If you have the undead cleansing set you can use that also but that was only available if you played phase 6 launch in classic. This set is basically trading crit for as much attack power as possible because you're assuming you're going to be criting the majority of the time anyway. You can consider whether it's worth taking haste enchants here also. On Loatheb it's going to be better, but on a short 15s reck fight you won't land the extra swings. On Sapph polarity / vael with reck you can put THC in MH and Gressil in OH since landing more heroic strikes will give you better numbers. If all this is too much info then just go with the first set and forget about the rest. ;)

I mean play the game however you like. I like to speedrun as do the others in this guild. Personally having 40 people synced up perfectly playing as a wrecking ball that's perfectly co-ordinated is like fucking ballet to me and feels amazing to be in. I played in casual guilds in the past also where the raids were slow and sometimes painful but the night was about banter and having a laugh with our buddies but I always enjoyed playing competitively too.

i respect the commitment the players do but i think the start of run should always be the first encounter with enemy and not kill on boss. i get the edge case where you engage the fight but no enemy was kiled and you wiped but come on warcraftlogs guys your devs are smart, this is not a real issue

With the skip to Anub, no enemies are engaged. It's all within the rule set of the logs. You can skip to Anub using invis pot + cloaking device without ever dealing damage to a mob. We don't kill any mobs before starting Anub - everything gets killed in the big pull immediately after the boss in the big petri stack. I have my own personal opinions on the rules for logs too because there are some really arbitrary rules that kind of suck and prevent some of the more interesting tech that you can do in vanilla raids. An example in vanilla wow is that you can't engage 2 bosses at the same time without invalidating a log. The only exception to it is ebonroc + flamegor where there is a special category for it. That's kind of a shame though because we thought about doing some interesting pulls like taking ebonroc + flamegor into nefarian and killing them during phase 1 but then it would invalidate the log so :/ Ultimately though when you're competing for world record speed run times players will do pretty much anything they can within the rule set to maximize the gain. Some rules are good. Trash requirements imo are good example. If you didn't have trash requirements then guilds would pre-clear the trash in a raid and then just run to all bosses as quickly as possible, and that in itself would also be boring. At the end of the day we just play the game within the rules that are set by warcraft logs.

@@pugz783hey I have 2 questions: 1) do you plan on doing “official” world record where you can stack bosses as much as you want? 2) You said you could bring ebonrock and Flamegor I think towards nefarian room. I mean you probably did theory behind it but how crazy are your healers that they can heal thru 3x boss damage? P.S. I never raided past Molten Core lol, but that just seems crazy that you can stack bosses like that.

Thank you! I use ElvUI with a profile I spent a lot of time building myself. On top of that I have a few weak auras that I use like the ability CDs underneath my unit frame. The trinkets underneath the unit frame are from ItemRack as well as the item slots above the left chat window.
