Nice. But is the jig useable with existing typical 2-sided fret slotting templates, either LMI's or Stew-Mac's? If not, that's a killer, as I already have every template I can imagine using, and they are all the two-sided variety.

The two-sided templates can't be used. If you were inclined to do so, the older polycarbonate templates could be split and holes could be drilled in them for use with this jig without too much difficulty but that might make them unusable with your other jigs. Why would you need your other jigs with this one though! 😉 I can't comment on the StewMac templates.

@@jimtkirby Thanks Jim. As mentioned, you can split your templates and we're making a video to demonstrate that. This may not be the jig for you at this time.
