Not surprised that CJ is gone and DJ is here. This guy is a stud and is a humble and great Team Player that fits the mold of what this team is.

After Iffy started getting the attention. During some one-on-one reporter time Iffy was having. Guess who couldn't even let the man has his own moment. Totally classless...trying to steal the attention back. Early in the years, ...he bragged. "they brought me in to lead and inspire everyone ... to a championship" (something to that effect). NO, they didn't!! Like Reader, they brought you in to be a part of it.

my fellow Detroit fans, hear me out: Does the 2023 Lions remind you of the 95-96 Red Wings? They makin amazing offseason moves...I know it's too early to get too riled up but we know it's a special team under great leadership

Its a good point to make : Lions are finally a good organization top to bottom just like the Red Wings of that era.

The Red Wings made awesome trades from 1995-2010. That 2001/02 hall of fame team they put together to win a Cup. We got Hull, Hasek to go along with a ton of talent. Datsyuk was a rookie that year too lol. The lions are on their way to a championship. They have made smart draft picks and FA and trades. Im very hopeful.

After Chargers traded Keenan Allen to Bears, I have a bold idea. Perhaps we could trade Jared Goff along with a few future first-round picks for Justin Herbert. The current situation of the Lions resembles that of the Rams before, with a roster that's decent on both offense and defense, but lacking a top-tier quarterback. The Chargers are similar to what the Lions used to be, with everything except the quarterback being subpar. I believe it's a win-win trade from both sides' perspectives. For the Chargers, Goff's contract is only one year remaining, which provides flexibility for renewal or not. From the Lions' standpoint, we acquire a stronger and younger quarterback, and giving up a few first-round picks isn't much of a loss.
@MES13317 ай бұрын
Chargers aren’t giving up Herbert
@OhtaniDodgers177 ай бұрын
@@MES1331 I think Brad Holmes could try to inquire with the GM of the Chargers about the feasibility of this trade. From the Chargers' perspective, this trade also has its benefits. Keeping Herbert might result in stagnant performance, and Goff only has one year left on his contract, so they aren't obligated to extend it. The Chargers not only could acquire multiple first-round picks but also would have ample salary cap space. Perhaps they could draft a new promising quarterback in the upcoming years, and the team would have enough salary cap to build around it
@primecash1447 ай бұрын
#Nope
@anandnathan68517 ай бұрын
This is a great idea. We can trade Goff for Herbert and 3 first round picks because Herbert has never won anything and Goff is the current King of Detroit.
