according to the question multiplication is a repeated addition 👍 then 2 times 8 is equal to adding two 8 times . So adding -2 two times is equal to multiplication of -2 and -2. So according to the integers the same number integers (ie: negative and positive) if we need to multiply two same integers is equal to the addition of them the times they get multiplied. So -2 multiplied by -2 is equal to the addition of them. So the answer should be -4.

It's not infinity. It's Undefined, means we don't know it. Let me show you 1 ÷ 0.1 = 10 1 ÷ 0.01 = 100 1 ÷ 0.001 = 1000 .......... the number becoming larger as we are approaching 0, so when we will approach 0, it will become ♾️ But we can do the same with negative numbers -1 ÷ 0.1 = -10 -1 ÷ 0.01 = -100 -1 ÷ 0.001 = -1000 ........ if we approach 0 it will become -♾️ So *Dividing anything by 0 is both NEGATIVE and POSITIVE infinity at the same time* so its Undefined.
