HUGE HELP!!! I NEVER KNEW THOSE CUPS IN FRAME COULD BE REMOVED!! All my friends and I were taught to work on our own bikes and keep them in good shape so I don't think I've ever had to replace any, but I'd love to throw new style 3-piece crank on my old GT speed series frame and NOW I CAN YAY!!!

I'm just swapping out a sprocket (a 44T for a 36T) but this is the basic information that I need, and this video made it all make sense. Not sure I have a wrench big enough, though. Also, I think I bought a basket rack from you guys about three years ago off eBay!

My one piece crank on an old school bmx will not pull through without removing the right side bearing cup. I'm here to make sure that just knocking it out is the right think to do. I think it might be more difficult to put back on though. Great video. Subscribed.

Do what he said and put both bearings on both sides with the ball thing he's facing inward and make sure you add the grease cuz I know from experience you're wearing down quicker without Grease I learned that the hard way

hey bikeman i have this old schwinn,10spd.anyways i was going to use the back rim for another bike temporarily to check sum things out. i put the rim on and theres no freewheel, cassette does not rotate backwards! so i look into it and its the cranks that spin backwards. Shimano itergear FF i think it says. that hub can only be used with those cranks. the freewheel effect is actually the cranks inside the bot. bracket. could be an idea for vid? i would watch it. unless you already have one?

I recently acquired a 1999 Huffy Ironman Bike with the one piece crank, although there are three sprockets. There is a bit too much play so I need to do something. I will probably do something like what you do in the video. But I am just wondering. Is it possible to fit a more modern style bottom bracket in this think and modern crankset? Probably wouldn't be worth the cost (unless I got it all used) but still wondering whether that is an option.

I'm working on a friend's huffy pro beach bike and the chainring slips with the chain and wheel on when under a load. I've noticed that the chainring does not have a pin to hold the chainring from slipping. Is that normal or do you think it has a square hole under the nut to hold it that has stripped out? I do not have a spanner wrench to take the nut off. Could I purchase a new crankarm and chainring like the one you used for this bike? Any input would help to do it myself. I'm trying to save money doing the work myself

Anyone figure out the seed mystery? I think they were either dropped into the seat post at a time when the bikes seat was off? Maybe a small hole in the tube somewhere and every time they ate an apple they dropped one seed thru the hole? Or the seeds were put there on purpose as a natural way to stop moisture from stating sitting there?
