Steel vessels/ tri ply steel will be good for cooking; especially for your health when you are taking care in all other aspects..also cast iron utensils. They won't leach harmful chemicals and aluminium.. Even it's of high quality, it's same I feel.. Please do research on that and follow if you also feel the same..
