Beifeng isn't just a Qiyana OTP. He picked up Akali a while ago and has been improving with her like crazy. His playstyle is pretty unique and focused around precise passive management. I recommend checking that out, along with his Sylas if you're interested.

Yeah for sure. I mean when Qiyana was op his champ was perma banned so he was forced to climb with other picks. He is definitely not just an OTP.

He’s just a unique player to begin with, even though he’s a “one trick” which yes he isn’t actually a one trick and can play a few champions at a high high level, he is unique because he plays the matchups perfect, when he needs to play safe he does, when he can get the kill he goes for it, he always will back off if he messes up a combo instead of going all in and possibly dying, and will abort mission and play passively till he can recall and get the health back, he knows the champs he does plays damage numbers to a T, along with the abilities range and hit boxes. When he throws out abilities they are almost Guaranteed to hit…. If you watch a lot of his vods in 1v1s especially he rarely ever misses his abilities. I’d love for some analytical nerd to figure out his ability land percentage over the course of like 3 months, I can almost bet with 100% confidence it is ridiculously high. He is such a unique player, and if he could play every champion in the game the way he does with his limited champion pool, he might be the best pro player if he went pro. Oh also even though his champion pool he plays is limited, he still knows the other champions numbers and abilities rather well, he knows when he can fight and when he can’t, and what to look to dodge/avoid, and what he can eat in fights. Dudes a legit beast, plus his ability casting speed is second to none.

I constantly watch beifeng since I got a huya account and I can confidently say that this guy is the best soloq player world and as far as I'm concerned I have never seen someone better than him at these 3 champs Sylas, Akali (way better than han akali) and Qiyana ( imagine beifeng himself saying his sylas is cleaner than his qiyana) and yequifeng is another good qiyana you'll learn more with him and he has like 4k quality on huya even if you dont have an account ( idk why beifeng quality is like 480p and you need to be logged in to get higher quality which is compicated). I am a Qiyana main myself around Gold elo. As much as I agree that the Qiyana "nerfs" aren't too bad, I will say that they do have an impact on how you can play early a LOT. It makes it hard to win an early fight against a lot of champions. The nerf to her early damage and HP regen makes her sustain pretty ass, and also her current mana pool / regen is worse than most mid lane champions - since your main sources of damage like your Q and E drain your mana fast, that's why Beifeng resorts to AAs early a lot. So fighting against poke mages or champs with infinite energy like Yasuo, Yone, Akali, etc. can be annoying. Beifeng is obviously the #1 Qiyana player and is an insane mid player in general, so of course he'll always figure it out and prove our doubts wrong.
