Battle passes before Chapter 5 cannot return, the EULA only got updated in Chapter 5 stating that after 18 months they can return. Which means players didn’t agree to them being sold later on before the EULA got updated

I haven’t played for months and it’s a lot easier to realize that the game is the definition of FOMO. Exclusivity is the only reason I bought anything on fortnite or grinded challenges for a new item, their were only a handful cosmetics I actually liked and were worth the time for me. I have a few rare items like the minty pickaxe but I genuinely don’t care they can bring back everything and I will never touch Fortnite again. Nothings permanent besides a career page that says your all time levels and wins but who gives a shit. Play a game that respects your time. if you like playing with your freinds and Fortnite is the only game y’all got, this doesn’t really apply to you.

Doing the math, 2 million exp (needed for the pickax) is 25 levels. So it's 6.25 levels for Aerial Assault 1, 12.5 levels for Aerial Assault Trooper, 18.75 levels for Renegade Raider, and 25 levels for Raiders Revenge. Basically it's not that far off from the original requirements, but levels are so much easier to get now than they used to be back in Chapter 1. 25 levels worth of exp and 4400 V-bucks if you want to get all 4.

I don’t have these skins, but I feel like they ruined some of the magic of fortnite by bringing these back. There is something to having some rare items in a game to make them special. But on the other hand people should be able to buy skins whether or not they played back then. I’m very conflicted.

i was able to purchase them the instant the shop refreshed. the option to purchase was available. however, after i re launched the game, it suddenly had an XP requirement.

I just found out that 2 million xp is pretty much 12.5 levels so it should be pretty easy to get the xp for the rare stuff.
