My dad been serving in the army for more than 25 years now I used to hate him as a kid for forcing discipline into my life like he used to wake me up at 5am and make me take a cold shower literally everyday I wasn't allowed to use phone while eating or studying I was forced to do all kind of stuff that I never wanted to from martial arts music to dance and coding , I used to curse him a lot for all that stuff lol but now that I am an adult and look back I am kinda grateful for that discipline it was painful but it made me not just physically but mentally strong as well

I really liked what Shwetabh said about Indian being an ethnicity. I am from Pakistan and lived there for +-10 years as well (born and currently living abroad). Pakistan is my 2nd home and I love the country but when it comes to ethnicity, my logical/rational brain always says Indian. I also really like the realisation that comes with it, aside from all the politics and rivalry between the two countries, ethnically, we're not that different at all. Bro The Indian Penal Code,1860 and CrPc and Indian Evidence Act are not replaced. A Bill was introduced in parliament to replace these and has been given to a Select Committee for review, it has some changesm mainly the names are in Hindi now as the IPC and other codified laws were given by Lord Thomas Babington Macaulay an Englishman, so it will be replaced with some changes in the sections here and there. The problem was that the IPC and other statutes had so many old laws and draconian laws that the Supreme Court has to declare them unconstitutional and the Parliament has to pick and amend each of them, instead we have just introduced new ones.
