I was watching some videos by a very well known youtube marketing guru and consultant on how to market your videos and build your channel and he said to never pay to promote your youtube videos using Google Adwords and claimed it is a total waste of money (paid views don't get subscribers, don't get shares, and don't get likes) and that when you pay to promote a youtube video, you kill getting organic searches for that video. Neil, I completely dig the white background on your video that has no distraction and the focus is on the subject (you). Since you understand branding and its importance, try incorporating them in your set too, like an orange stool cover / i-pad cover instead of black. Hey Neil I have question regarding keywords. Google says we must keep our keyword density upto 3% beyond that it will be considered spamming but I encountered some of the white hat users who are using more than 3% and yet they are Ranking on 2nd page. Can you please explain this.

Google's algorithm is smart enough to know whether or not the content is quality or not. So if a 5,000-word article has 4 or even 5% density but provides crazy amounts of value, it won't be penalized.
