1 Series Land Rover tests out a 4x4 park in the pouring rain

Took the old Landy down to the Ashburton 4x4 park in the pouring rain.
No other vehicles around so didn't want to push it too hard.

What tyre pressure have you been running on? Seemed too high to me... It's a beautiful vehicle!

In this video, I never let them down, so they're probably around 34psi I normally let them down to 20psi when 4wding. Thanks 👍🏼 😊

@@hayden_jones I get it now....the more Series Landrovers 1 and 2 the better all over the world, Don't know what it is about them, I drive a nice Jeep Wrangler these days because I can't get a landcover 'off the peg' as I want it. But I still crave The little Series Landrovers, just as I get the odd twinge craving for a good cigar which I gave up decades ago.

@@hayden_jones Would be a late model 2A? The headlights in the the wing side panels came out in the later series 2A's and series 3. My dad had 3 different models the first one was a 1956 model then a series 2 and 2A. I had series 3 myself for a couple of years wish I still had it.
