I had to watch that first clip several times to understand exactly what happened. When the ult kills Aatrox, it procs shiv once and hits the rest of the team. That first proc is enough to kill Malphite (who is off screen), which causes a 2nd shiv proc that kills everyone else.

I tested it a bit and you need the rune transcendence, otherwise it's not possible. I tested it in a custom game without transcendence against 5 bots and it didn't work, but in practice tool against 1 bot it worked if I had the rune. He managed to ult twice because he got a takedown on Bard and Jhin.

I wondered the same thing, but I finally figured it out by looking at the kill feed. The next person to die after Aatrox is Malphite, who we can't see; he must have been so low that he died to the first shiv proc, triggering a second shiv proc.
