Hello. Your videos are really great help thank you. I've seen the video on Collagen. Where do you but that product you said in your other video. If collagen has,Hydrolysed marine in it does it cause too much oxaletes in the body and cause problems.Thank you. The product I am using just has Hydrolysed Collagen Protein in it. ❤

If you happen to have a stretchy resistance band around, use it. Your band can be stretchy or non stretchy ❤

Before I was diagnosed with osteoporosis I used to love stretching the way your husband did curving my back Because it gave me a big stretch and I felt relieved of the day's tension on my spine I know in general it's not healthy even for those without osteoporosis but it does feel nice curving the spine but I don't do that anymore, my goal is to reverse my osteoporosis and if I hopefully managed to achieve that goal I'll still not curve my spine anymore even though it does feel like a nice stretch but luckily I can hip hinge so that's definitely good

That rounded stretch used to feel good to me as a kid and I developed bad posture habbits that I am continually working to improve... So, you are not alone in liking that feeling. Let's work on improving your bone health and reversing osteoporosis ❤

@@sarahmapes_bonebuildersystem oh LOL I guess I'm not the only one 😄 that round back stretch does feel good but it's not worth it if it puts stress on the spine, I want all of us to reverse our osteoporosis 🌷but even if my bones were 100% improved right now I'm never going back to that round spine stretch because like you mentioned it's bad posture

I am glad this information is helpful. Be patient with yourself as you work on your hamstrings. They will become more open, but it happens gradually ❤
