The food the doctor is referring to: 1. **Rich in Omega-3: Supports brain, heart, eyes, and reduces inflammation. 2. **Improves Digestion: High in soluble fiber, acts as a prebiotic, prevents constipation, and cleanses the colon. 3. **Regulates Blood Sugar: Slows digestion, aids insulin sensitivity, and lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. 4. **Boosts Heart Health: Prevents artery plaque buildup, reduces bad cholesterol, and increases good cholesterol (HDL). 5. **Aids Weight Loss: Expands in water, promotes satiety, and helps control appetite. **Usage:** Soak 1-2 tablespoons in water for 15-20 minutes before consuming. Avoid eating dry chia seeds.

I would recommend Basil seeds over Chia seeds. In some trials, Chia seeds have caused increased C reactive protein (hs-CRP). Best to look up more info on this. If you love chia, keep taking it but realize there are also better alternatives to chia seeds.

Until early seventies in America Chia seeds were sold during Christmas. To be grown in clay made decorative containers in different shapes. The most popular one was the Chia Chia Lamb. While for hundreds of years in China, Persia, India carried through silkroad from place to place as healing health care remedies.

The Medical Medium (MM) books do not recommend ACV (apple cider vinegar) because it's acidifying our body (MM also calls vinegar our bone destroyer). Take lemon instead, it's our very best bone and teeth calcifier, according to MM.

I have my Chia seeds every day and have for years. I use ground flax seeds too and eat every type of dark leafy greens either roasted with a drizzle of either olive or avocado oils or steamed. I’ve dropped 10 pounds with 10 more to go. Love walking and drink lots of water. I don’t drink wine except on the weekends, but no more than a couple of glasses while making dinner….usually roasted chicken or fish. I can’t get my BP down past 150 and have recently been told my cholesterol is sky high too. Depressed is my word of the day! Yes…had no choice but to go onto meds for both….and PS I have osteoporosis!
@majahallberg828720 сағат бұрын
The Medical Medium (MM) books recommend an absolute minimum of fats in our diet - and to eat plenty of lemons and other citrus fruits for our bones because of their high calcium content! - while the amounts of fats in our diet (both good and bad fats) make our liver sluggish so it can no longer clean our body properly ... Have a look into the MM books! I've been living with their diet recommendations for over five years now and have no more ailments whatsoever, not even a running nose, ever!
