I listened to this four months ago but I just didn’t get it. Today I’m listening again and when MaryAnne read the poem I was encouraged that I feel ready. I’ve struggled with so much “clatter” and responsibilities that it was very difficult. Today Jesus wanted me to just be quiet and focus on him. I struggled with this but then he reminded me of this video. I listened to your teaching on the unconscious first and that really helped me. I’m excited!

Hello and thank you for that, do you know psalms 46:10 and everywhere else where it says put on, like put on love, put on the armor of God, is a word in the origin that speaks of sinking into, in order to be clothed? Both Hebrew and Greek

There is a space of awareness beyond thought. When thoughts become distracting it can be helpful to move your attention to breath ... but then go further - awareness of God's presence
