I learned to be more encouraging towards my friends and other people. I normally always listen just to oppose everything but now, I listen to learn. I now hold firm to the understanding that those who die in Christ will be resurrected and it gives me great joy.

What spoke to me mostly was not really the text but what the text revealed in Paul, the way he loved and the way he cared so much for the Thessalonians. i also really like that he told them about the persecution that was gonna come as a christian and the Thessalonians got to see and experience the persecution and yet they still decide to stay in faith which brought joy to Paul. i also like 1 Thessalonians 4: 9-10

This week as I’m reading 1 Thessalonians, I see my self going through it, life this week has been stressful but the Lord blessed me with this book of the Bible to read this week so that I had reminded that through the hard times, I can find peace and comfort that God is watching over me that these hard times and stressful moments aren’t Permanent. So when the people of the church were stuffing and going through they still kept they faith in God that he will deliver and I think that’s amazing and something that I want to make sure I adapt

This week yesterday and today I had dreams around 4 and 5 am and I woke up and prayed about it. The dreams were almost similar but in the one today I was covered and protected by Jesus Christ’s name. So when am watching this now I am just encouraged to continue seeking more of GOD and building a stronger relationship in CHRIST JESUS. Amen 🙏🏽 ❤

4:13-14 really spoke to me this week. It made me realize the joy that we as Christians have when Christians die. It also made me realize how sad it is when people who don’t know Christ die. There is surely a reason to grieve there. These verses are motivating me to help everyone that I can know Jesus.

Vs 23-24 of chapter 5. God gave me these verses when I got a promotion a year ago and He has used the new leadership role to sanctify me in many ways. As I head back into work next week after a break due to my health, I hear God speaking to me again and affirming that He has me in this position to continue to sanctify me. “Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 ESV

Chapter 4:14 I love how whether we are alive or asleep, we can’t be separated from Jesus. Salvation being found only through Him. One thing that impacted me this week as I read & as I was challenged & moved was we speak & live to please God, not other mere human beings. 1 Thessalonians 2:3-6 we don’t use flattering speech or greedy motives or try to please people “but rather God, Who examines our hearts.” So good!

That last verse really showed me that we as Christians need to unite more. Paul commanded us to love one another for our Lord Jesus Christ. I see too many fighting among the denominations in search for truth. They've all become their own religions straying away from Christ. We need to focus back on who started the work within us, the universe, and who will end it as well.

I I am viewing these in 2022. These have truly been a blessing to me. I think the biggest thing from 1st Thessalonians that I got was in 1 Thessalonians 4:11. The biggest thing was the phrase that says mind your own business. And this day and age.. that scripture is so important because with technology and social media, we're always in someone Else's business.

What got me the most this week was how amazingly lucky we are to have a Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our future is assured and we have nothing to worry about when people talk at the end of times. As a matter fact we should welcome the return of Jesus Christ. Thank you for the study of this chapter and I look forward to second Thessalonians next week

We don't have to grieve like people that don't have hope. It's not that we can't grieve or shouldn't grieve, but we don't have to grieve like people who don't have hope. Especially in light of the passing of our friend (and Darren's) this weekend... this is an especially timely message.

I love the simplicity yet is powerful message in every chapter. I leave your message with good thoughts and ways to improve myself for the Lord. Thank you. The verse that meant so much to me, along with many others, was Chp2:19 For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he come? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy. How wonderful to know God is our glory and joy. He is our ever loving Father.

Islam's Allah's appointed some people to heaven or to hell predestined their final destination Bible said God hath not appointed us to wrath (hell/punishment) but to obtain salvation by our LORD Jesus Christ. So this is the reason why Mislims tell that YHWH Jesus is not an all knowing God because YHWH let us have freedom on building the person that we are now and just look at where we would come to while we're dying... while Allah according to Qu'ran made the person that we are "nice" or "bad" and Muslims are proud ALLAH is that all knowing. Some people live to be nice not of their decisions but and they goes heaven, some people lived to be bad not because they can control themselves and just to hell. It's Islam. From an ex-Muslim at some point of life.

YHWH can know everything by just controlling everything about us and putting us to a final destination but God wanted us to do DIY and he always hopes for us to be saved.
