Praise God for making disciples in all nations! I therefore bind to hell every desire of myself and my god-ordained spouse to place outward beauty above good character while putting no restriction on disciplining oneself or another while binding one to desire to place good character above outward beauty and allowing one to discipline oneself or another without restriction, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone lacking desire to place good character above outward besuty and lacking desire to allowing one to discipline oneself or another without restriction, in accordance with this word and 1 timothy 2:9-15, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah, glory to God ❤!

Thank you and I learnt a lot, listening a second time. I see the errors of my ways.

In 2 Timothy 2:7 Paul tells Timothy to “Consider what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.” Throughout the Old and New Testament GOD installed women in positions of authority and prestige as leaders, prophets, teachers and deacons. Yet in I Timothy, Paul tells Timothy not to allow women to teach and to be silent. WHY? Because Ephesus is the home of the Temple of Artemis (Diana) a HUGE CULT that puts the goddess Diana in charge. She claims to be the mother of all mankind (as opposed to Adam and Eve). She also claims to protect women in childbirth IF they honor her. This explains the verses that so many have claimed to be difficult to interpret. It is NOT that Adam was created before Eve as IF that were the case for establishing authority, then animals which were created before man would rule over man. ORDER is not delineating authority as so many have claimed. And yes, the whole issue of how women are to dress is a result of the influence of the Cult of Diana which was a sexually perverse cult - the women dressed as prostitutes. So the women in Timothy’s church are adopting the styles of those following the goddess of Diana. This is NOT appropriate clothing for God’s church in Ephesus. Under these circumstances, women should change their style and NOT imitate the cult of Diana women - they should dress modestly. As for Paul saying that women should not have authority over man, that word is more appropriately translated as USURPING authority of man. So women are not to usurp a man’s authority - that is NOT the same as being in a position of authority over men. YES, pastor there is a cultural context here - with men seated separately from women and there was likely more interruption of the service. The culture then was also paternalistic, male-dominated. Women were not educated outside the home. (And, BTW -in Corinthians, Paul is NOT placing men above women in all situations, ONLY in marriage. So “headship” is not a blanket statement.). Nice to see a white male making some headway toward interpreting Paul’s letter to Timothy (NOT to the church), but there is still a long way to go here. Ask yourself this, if someone is brought to Christ by a woman, will God reject them? Why sideline half of God’s workforce by saying women should not teach or preach? Do you really think GOD cares? And isn’t THAT the ultimate question? IF is doesn’t matter to God WHO helps someone find their way to Christ, to God, why should we? Yes, God gives us Spiritual Gifts. If a gift to a woman IS teaching and preaching, sho is MAN to deny her these gifts? To tell her not to use them? This is the ONLY place in the Bible where it is stated that women are not to teach, they are to be silent. Elsewhere in the Bible you find women teaching, judging, preaching, being prophets and on and on. God SAID that my sons and daughters will prophecy! HE is NOT benching half of his team. He wants women and men to bring others to Christ. We are all to go into the world and preach the Gospel to everyone. GOD said so. (MAN made up the terms of Complementary Roles. You won’t find that in the Bible. You WILL find that we are ALL made in God’s image in the Bible.)
