Yeah it’s still a thing though I find most the time you have better options. If they’re low enough percent for dair slingshot to work you can usually get off dair up normal up air. If they’re high enough then going dair up air will probably kill when dair slingshot won’t. Since you can’t reliably combo after dair slingshot it’s not the best in either damage or kill potential, he lost that combo route a while ago, pretty sure they shadow nerfed slingshot to not launch as vertical anymore, now when you try and use it they go too far horizontal to combo.

Yeah, the dair slingshot loop doesn’t exist. Slingshot knocks the enemy back too horizontal to be able to combo anymore. Wasn’t in patch notes, probably a shadow nerf or bug
