Just a grinder and a punch/hammer on the donor chassis and it worked pretty well.

I need to decovert a Dana 60 dually front axle to a w250 regular 4x4..... Why didn't you clean up the axle shafts and install new axle joints.

In hind sight, I wish I did. Not too long after this I pulled it back apart to do axle seals

How did you mount the leaf springs to the truck. I have a 92 d250 and it has springs on it trying to figure out how to convert it

Where did you get your front dually spacers from? Im havin a hell of a time trying to find ones that fit the dana 60

Ohhhhh man that's a hard one to find. They are the hubs on the axle,not just spacers. I found mine on a 4x4 face book page someone was getting rid of them

How come the 3/4 ton rotors?

They are the 1 ton rotors from autozone but I've been wondering if they were different

The 1.5 inch rotors for dodge and Chevy d60s have a hat that solid and has a small step in it. Look at NAPAs NB 4885843 for reference.
