1. Trigonometric Functions - Origins of the Sine Wave

This is the first video in the first module called the Origins of the Sine Wave, in the first series called Digital Audio and Sound Synthesis. There are a lot of firsts in this one! The video explains the need to understand sine functions as they are fundamental to the study of audio in the digital domain, and starts the process of deconstruction by talking about triangle, strangely.

Thank you! I think there are plenty of math related content on KZbin. It really does depend on what you are looking for. I can't name any off the top of my head, but search for a mathematical topic with "visual" or something, and you will find tons of videos.

Thanks very much! There are plenty of tools and equipment that help you measure angles in real life, especially surveying equipment. One is called a Theodolite. Check it out!
