He is crazy good and easily top 5 or maybe even top 10

Only problem I have with SSJ3 is 30% dodge +30% before attacking instead of 50% + 20% before attacking, but other than that it looks like SEZAs are having a good start. They also said that in the future they would consider updating Leader Skills and Super Attacks, so we'll see what happens.

I think the raw numbers of SSJ3 Goku is going to be good the first few turns. He may be optimal in slot 3 to get all his buffs to turn 7. With 25% dodge in hidden potential you have around a 63% chance to dodge each attack in slot 1 so not bad
